Aimed at serious coffee drinkers, Sensory Lab offers the usual espressos, a featured blend of the week, eight types of take-home coffee beans and a range of brewing paraphernalia, as well as syphon coffees at serious investment prices. A house-blend long black was silky-smooth with chocolate overtones.
